The clip shows an aircraft crashing into a residential area, with users claiming that a Dubai-bound plane carrying Israeli soldiers crashed near Tel Aviv airport, killing everyone on board. However, an research by the CyberPeace has found the claim to be false. The viral video is AI-generated, and no such incident has taken place in Israel.
Claim
An Instagram user “bebakawaaztv” shared the video on April 7, 2026, claiming that a Dubai aircraft carrying Israeli soldiers crashed near Tel Aviv airport in a residential area, allegedly after being hit by debris from an Iranian hypersonic missile.

Fact Check
To verify the claim, we closely examined the viral video. Several visual inconsistencies indicated that it was not real. The aircraft appears to be flying unusually low over a residential area—something that is highly improbable under normal aviation conditions. Its landing gear seems to touch rooftops without causing any visible damage. Additionally, the wings of the aircraft pass through structures like poles without any collision impact, which is physically impossible. These anomalies strongly suggested that the video was artificially created.
We further analyzed the video using the AI detection tool HIVE Moderation, which indicated a 99% probability that the content is AI-generated.

Another analysis using Sightengine also flagged the video as likely AI-generated.

Conclusion
The viral claim is false and misleading. There is no credible evidence or verified report confirming that any Dubai aircraft carrying Israeli soldiers crashed near Tel Aviv airport. No such incident has been reported by any reliable international or local media outlets. The video in question is digitally fabricated using AI technology, and the visual inconsistencies within the clip clearly indicate manipulation. Such content is often designed to exploit ongoing geopolitical tensions and spread misinformation at scale

Why has WhatsApp become a hub scam?
The generation has evolved and dumped the old SMS into WhatsApp. From school to college and offices, people use WhatsApp for their official work, as it is very easy and user-friendly, so people avoid safety measures. Generally, users need to understand the consequences of technology and use it with safeguards and awareness. Many people lose money and become victims of scams on WhatsApp as they share their confidential information. And the worse is that one does not even have to answer the call to be scammed. A missed call is sufficient to be scammed.
Before these international calls scam, the user received a call from the scam that they were from KBC, and the user won something. Then sought confidential information by the excuse that they would transfer the money to the user, and because of that user got scammed by the scammers. These scams have risen rapidly lately.
Safeguards users can use against these scam calls
WhatsApp responds to complaints regarding international calls to “block and report.”
If you have already received such calls, the best thing you can do is report and block them right away. As a result, the same number does not return to your phone, and numerous identical reports may persuade WhatsApp to delete the number entirely.
WhatsApp is also working on an update allowing users to block calls from unknown numbers on the service.

Users must modify their phone’s and app’s fundamental privacy settings to protect themselves from data breaches. The calls are directed toward app users who are actively using the app. However, by modifying the account’s appearance, a user can lessen the likelihood of being added to the scammers’ attack lists.
Limit Privacy

Many people are sharing the misinterpretation knowingly or unknowingly over social media platforms.



Fact Check:
After receiving the post, we ran a reverse image search of the image and found a news article published by NDTV. According to the news outlet, Dhoni and his teammates were celebrating CSK's milestone of reaching six million followers on X (formerly known as Twitter) in the photos.

In the image it is written as a tweet of @chennaiipl, to get an idea we dig into the official account of Chennai Super Kings on X (formerly known as Twitter). And Voila! we found the exact post which surfaced on the X (formerly known as Twitter) on 5th October 2020.

Additionally, we found a video posted on the X (formerly known as Twitter) handle of CSK, featuring other cricketers celebrating the Six Million Followers milestone for which they are thanking the audience for their support. Again, it was posted on Oct 05, 2020. The caption of the video is written as “Chennai Super #SixerOnTwitter! A big thanks to all the super fans for each and every bouquet and brickbat throughout the last decade. All the #yellove to you. #WhistlePodu”

Therefore it is easy to conclude that the viral image of MS Dhoni supporting Congress is wrong and misleading.
